Communication under strong Regulations

One antenna per building, that's the local rule in the area we settled down. A clear definition of antenna is not given, so let's be a little bit creative on that.

Today's antenna system

To fit all needs, HF, VHF and UHF, more then one antenna - dipol is needed.

HF runs on a Hustler BVT6 tuned with the automated antenna tuner of the FT-991, for best results.

VHF is equiped with a Flexa Yagi, 13 elements, Type: FX213 , 10m above ground

UHF runs also on a Flexa Yagi, 10 elements, Type: FX710, mounted below the VHF beam

6m and VHF / UHF covering these frequencies by Diamonds DX-4000 vertikal, on top of the tower

Rotator for a full 400 turnaroundof the VHF/ UHF system is a Kenpro 450 XL

VHF/ UHF for local FM transmission runs on a 1.3m Diamond DX-2000 vertikal, 7.5m above ground, mounted separately.

The cable question

All long distances are connected with standard RG-213 and Aircell-13 cable. Short links e.g. between transceiver and SWR meter are connected with RG-58 only.
